Position: Business Development Manager (BB Instant)

Location: Mumbai

Experience in corporate sales: 5 yrs - 10 yrs

Qualifications: Any Graduate / Post Graduate


Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager for the Vending segment, will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with key clients in the vending industry. Drive sales, maximize revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction within your assigned territory. The goal will be to build long-term partnerships with clients, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the company's overall success.


Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the vending industry. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise. Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to understand client requirements and identify growth opportunities.


Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.


Business Development: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Identify potential clients and new market segments to expand the company's presence in the vending industry. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.


Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Monitor contract compliance and handle any contract-related issues or disputes. Regularly review and analyze contract performance to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions.


Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales service. Proactively address customer concerns and inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve service quality and exceed customer expectations.


Requirement: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the vending industry. In-depth knowledge of the vending industry, including market trends, products, and competitors. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Analytical mindset and ability to identify business opportunities and challenges.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Should be ready to do cold calling and Field visits to the corporate segment. Excellent Relationship Building and Time Management Skills Excellent Communication Skills
