Job Description

Youll work on high-impact design initiatives for our HCM platform, driving innovation and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Youll work on end-to-end design process that solve complex HR challenges into user friendly and delightful experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadend-to-end design from ideation to pixel-perfect execution.Create product experienceby aligning user research, competitive analysis, and business goals into cohesive solutions.Work with designers in workshops, design critiques, and hands-on collaboration.Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation, advocating for both usability and technical feasibility.Advocateuser-centricityat different phases of product design and translate insights into actionable iterations.Must haves5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasingend-to-end ownershipof enterprise/SaaS products, includinguser journeys, advanced prototypes, and adoption of design system.Expertise inFigma to create interactive, data-rich interfaces that solve real business problems.Mastery ofdesign thinking methodologies from concept generation, user testing, and iterative prototyping to turn ambiguity into clarity.Youve shaped product experience by translating user insights and market trends into compelling design narratives.Approach problems withsystems thinking, designing not just features but interconnected ecosystems that elevate the entire platform.Good to haveExperience inenterprise software, HCM, or HR tech.Experience in micro-interactions, modern design, and delightful experiencesFamiliarity in UX for AI, workflows and analyticsWhy would you love this role?Impact how design operates within the company, from process improvements to team rituals.Work on a platform at the forefront of HR innovation, where design is a key differentiator.Your work will directly impact millions of users, from HR leaders to frontline employees worldwide.
