What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.
Oversee multiple eDetail projects of marketing material development for various markets
Lead daily communications very effectively with markets and their corresponding agencies
Track multiple eDetail projects concurrently & ensure all projects are on schedule
Proactively highlight risks/issues to client, Production Director, especially risks associated w.r.t any project missing a deadline
Maintain a detailed view of projects & publish daily, weekly & monthly dashboards of all projects handled
Prioritize projects and clearly understand the context of various individual tasks
Assist Production Director with delivering key projects/initiatives on timely basis
Partner with local agencies and ensure timely delivery of project
Participate/Facilitate status meetings with relevant stakeholders
Campaign Management focuses on planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result. The team is accountable for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations. The role may require for you to have a good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing and technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Automation studio, Google DV360 and Responsys. Identify training needs based on process changes & update all documentation in a timely manner. Manage project status reporting. Maintain and publish issue logs with documented effort to indicate timely closure/mitigation of issues/risks. Create and maintain process diagrams. OE documentation.
