Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Bench Sales Recruiter at SSA Tech Inc. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sales recruitment, full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and account management. The role requires effective communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. This is an on-site role located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications:

• Sales Recruitment, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Hiring skills
• Account Management and Communication skills
• Experience in the IT industry is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
