Common Comcast Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Representative (Xfinity Support)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls or chats from customers regarding billing, technical issues, and general inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Document support interactions for reporting and analysis.
