img {max-height240px;} Role Overview Were looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Executive to lead and scale our influencer campaigns across platforms. Youll work closely with content, brand, and growth teams to build a strong community of brand advocates and drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives

Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize campaign strategies

Collaborate with creative and social teams to ensure brand consistency

Stay on top of influencer trends, platforms, and cultural moments

Requirements

Min 3 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in D2C/lifestyle brands

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

Data-driven mindset with knowledge of performance tracking tools

Passion for fashion, eyewear, and creator culture
