Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Team Lead for our Lead Generation team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 12 years of extensive experience in lead generation, with a strong background in managing and leading teams to achieve and exceed targets. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of lead generation processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation executives, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to meet business objectives.

Identify new market opportunities and lead sourcing channels like IinkedIn sales navigator, Upwork, Gem or Tendors.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business strategy.

Oversee the lead qualification process, ensuring high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.

Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

5 to 12 years of experience in lead generation.

*Education:* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
