Job Description

Responsibilities: 


  1. Business Prospecting:
    • Identify, develop, and secure business opportunities within the assigned territory. 
    • Engage in strategic outreach, utilizing methods like social media marketing, cold calling, and networking to generate leads. 
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Foster and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. 
    • Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. 
  3. Sales Closure:
    • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, meeting and exceeding the designated sales quotas. 
    • Employ consultative selling approaches and effective account management strategies. 
  4. Strategy Development:
    • Contribute to developing and implementing effective sales strategies in collaboration with business and technology partners. 
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. 
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work cohesively with internal teams, sharing insights, and developing initiatives to maximize client potential. 
    • Be instrumental in performance management, team building, and cross-training initiatives. 
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Document and monitor all customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue pipelines in CRM. 
    • Present detailed and insightful business reviews to senior management, highlighting progress and barriers.
      Skills Required:
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong capacity to translate complex client needs into actionable solutions. 
  • Relationship Building: Proven experience in fostering robust relationships, with a knack for engaging key influencers and decision-makers. 
  • Digital Platforms: Proficiency in utilizing platforms like DM, Upwork, and LinkedIn for lead generation and sales conversion. 
  • Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and contemporary market trends. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with experience in online bidding and international client handling. 
  • Technical Insight: Ability to convey business requirements to technical teams effectively, with a solid grasp of the SDLC. 
  • Adaptability: Agile and responsive to the dynamic sales environment and industry shifts.
