 Senior Territory Manager

Job Description

  • Own and deliver state-level sales targets for both Government (EPC) and Private Sales.

  • Identify high-potential districts and drive market expansion strategies.

  • Build, develop, and manage a strong dealer and channel partner network.

  • Ensure high conversion rates of leads through effective dealer engagement.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments and DISCOMs.

  • Track and pursue business opportunities under government solar pump schemes.

  • Lead and mentor the state sales team; conduct regular performance reviews.

  • Drive timely collections and monitor dealer payment discipline.

  • Maintain up-to-date MIS and reporting on sales performance and pipeline.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and statutory norms.
