Job Description

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in generating sales for programmatic advertising solutions.
  • Strong emphasis on new business development and a history of successfully acquiring new clients.
Responsibilities
  • New Business Development
  • Identify and target potential clients to expand our client base.
  • Execute a proactive sales strategy to hunt, reach, and bring in new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to scaling up the programmatic vertical within the company through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Sales Generation:
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for programmatic advertising solutions.
  • Onboard new publishers and build strong relationships to expand our programmatic network.
  • Provide recommendations for yield optimization based on performance data, ensuring client success.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Finance, to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present and sell programmatic solutions.
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and take the initiative in generating new business.
Desired Proficiency:
  • Understanding of the open RTB ecosystem, different channels, ad formats, SSPs, DSPs, and inventory types.
  • Possess an understanding of open RTB specifications, VAST, and VPAID to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
