Job Description

To streamline all the referral product related process and act as one point of contact for any referral patient to ensure smooth and satisfactory customer experience
Responsible for Meeting sales and business targets
Responsible for facilitators and other vendor contract renewals(corporate tie ups)
Assist HOD in the smooth functioning of department
Assist in coordination for conducting health check camps across targetmarket.
Be the single point of contact for any customer referral
Ensure departmental protocol is followed and customer satisfaction
