Responsible for driving home loan sales through a team of Sales Officers/Executives, managing the branchs business performance, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers for home loan business.
Achieve branch sales targets for home loans through effective team management and strategic planning.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other channel partners.
Conduct regular team meetings and field visits to monitor performance and provide guidance.
Identify new markets and customer segments to drive business growth.
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and documentation requirements.
Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
Monitor competition and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Generate regular sales reports and MIS for review with senior management.

Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Business/Finance).
Minimum 46 years of experience in home loan sales, with at least 2 years in a team handling role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local real estate market and home loan products.
