Job Description

Hiring In Banking: A Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of an organization, including financial planning, reporting, and investment activities. They analyze financial data, provide insights to senior management, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include budget preparation, cash flow management, and managing the company's financial risks.    Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.   
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) and analyze financial trends.   
• Investment Management: Oversee investment activities and evaluate potential investment opportunities.   
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.   
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.   
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.   
• Budgeting: Prepare and manage the company's annual budget.   
• Staff Management: Supervise and develop finance department staff.   
• Financial Advice: Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.   
• External Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to external stakeholders, such as auditors and investors. 

 

Experience : 2 Yrs To 15 Yrs.


Salary Package : 2.5 to 18.0 lack/ Aunnm. (30% Hike On Current Package).


Location : Pan india .
