Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
