As an HR Intern Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's recruitment drives by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting: Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Stipend of 10,000/month.
