Project Manager @ Teklink Software

As PM you will be leading multi-shore delivery teams delivering analytics and planning projects across domains and technologies - including SAP and Cloud technologies.

What we are looking for:

• Should have minimum 8-15 yrs experience in IT industry.
• Successfully led teams as a Project Manager, Product Owner or related title for 4+ years, preferably in an agency setting using Scrum
• Fluent in Agile best practices and mindset, manage a list of required features the Product Backlog and ensure they are prioritized based on value, size, risk, and other relevant considerations.
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
