a) Electrical Engineering: Understanding of electrical principles, circuits, components and system as well as electrical panel design, construction and operation
. b) Automation Technology: Proficiency in automation technology, including PLCs, HMI system, industrial sensors, actuators, and motor control systems.
c) Programming Language such as Ladder Logic, Structured text, Function block diagram & Scripting languages
d) Control System Design: Ability to design & implement control systems including process control, motion control and sequence control using appropriate control algorithms and techniques.
e) Software Design: Skill in software development for industrial automation application, including designing, programming, testing and debugging control software for PLCs, HMIs and SCADA Systems.
f) HMI Design: Proficiency in designing intuitive and user friendly HMIs for monitoring and controlling electrical panel operations, including graphical interface design, data visualization and alarm management.
g) Industrial Networking: Knowledge of Industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet / IP and networking technologies used in automation systems.
h) Process Control and Optimization: Familiarity with process control principles and optimization technique, including PID Control, loop tuning and process monitoring to improve system performance and efficiency.
i) Communication Skill / Team Collaboration / Continuous learning / Analytical thinking.
j) Ability to work in a demanding environment
