Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to lead strategic growth initiatives, build high-value client relationships, and drive revenue through market expansion. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who excels at deal-making, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities via strategic networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline to meet and exceed monthly growth targets.
  • Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations; negotiate and close deals with win-win terms.
  • Mentor and support junior team members; handle escalations and performance supervision.
  • Validate leads, monitor activity metrics, and ensure quality standards in all outreach efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Use data insights to inform strategy and position the company as a market leader.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales data and activity reports.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to senior leadership.
