Role Overview:

We are looking for a target-driven, passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving revenue in an individual contributor (IC) capacity. This is a field sales role that demands on-ground hustle, strong communication, and a consultative selling approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end sales cycle: Lead generation, cold calling, meetings, product demos, and deal closures
  • Develop new sales strategies to attract potential SME clients
  • Travel extensively in your assigned area to meet potential customers
  • Consistently achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or SME segment
  • Experience in selling SaaS/HRTech/Payroll solutions is a plus
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
