Overview
A reputed retail group is hiring a highly experienced Store Execution Head to lead and streamline store-level operational excellence across supermarket and hypermarket chains. This top-level on-site role is ideal for candidates who have a proven track record of managing large-scale retail execution functions across regions. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring daily product displays as per planograms, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with category teams and warehouses for timely replenishments, and training store teams to meet high merchandising and execution standards. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep retail operations knowledge, and the ability to drive compliance and performance at a national level.

Salary / Compensation
$2500$4000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Upto 45 years

• Education: Any Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience

• Experience:

  • 15 to 20 years of total experience

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Store Execution profile

  • Experience in managing PAN-country store execution for supermarket or hypermarket chains

• Nationality: Only candidates with Indian experience will be considered

• Industry Preference: Grocery & FMCG Retail / E-Commerce / Quick Commerce / QSR / Logistics / Warehousing

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation of store-level planograms and daily display standards

• Conduct regular inventory audits, stock assessments, and highlight supply shortfalls

• Generate asset addition requests and secure necessary approvals for equipment or display tools

• Coordinate with category and warehouse teams to ensure consistent stock availability

• Monitor and maintain overall neatness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards

• Lead store staff training on structured displays and planogram compliance

• Minimize business loss through proactive identification and resolution of stockouts

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and new store setups
