    Key Responsibilities:

        Food Preparation & Quality Control: Oversee food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
        Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.
        Cost Control & Budgeting: Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
        Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
        Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
        Guest Satisfaction: Collaborate with the F&B team to enhance guest experiences and address feedback.
