Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
Guest Satisfaction: Collaborate with the F&B team to enhance guest experiences and address feedback.
