Job Description

InfoBeans is hiring for Associate- HR Operations for Indore location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in handling attendance and ensuring accurate tracking of team member hours.
• Proficient in managing and maintaining databases for HR operations and employee records.
• Effectively resolving tickets and addressing queries raised by team members.
• Should be able to adhere to statutory compliances i.e. PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
• Managing and organizing documents related to team members, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Ideal candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable working with large datasets.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
