Software Engineer - RPA Engineering

Job Description:
- Ability to analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA solutions around them.
- Ability to create solution design document and technical design document.
- Ability to do process assessment and technical feasibility.
- Design, develop, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet business process and application requirements.
- Hands on experience with integration of various technology in RPA like Python, TensorFlow
- Thoroughly test the deployment package in the environment it will be hosted in or supported deployment environments.
- Ability to create and understand workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
- Be able take up new initiatives, maintain synchrony in the team.
- Developing, configuring programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable & easy to understand.
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Creating and documenting test cases and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
- Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation product.
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes & providing timely responses & solutions as required.
- Create and maintain reusable component to enable faster automation delivery by Team.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Master Certification in Automation Anywhere A360
- Must have 4 to 8 yrs. of total IT experience.
- Technical expertise with hands-on experience in development on RPA platform/tool: Automation Anywhere A360
- Expertise in SQL, SSIS, AbbY, Python, Java, Azure, PowerBI
- Excellent knowledge of C#, .Net Framework, HTML, Java Script and RDBMS
- Excellent Knowledge of RPA principles and/or design patterns
- Excellent knowledge of Software development life cycle and Agile Development
- Excellent Communication Skill-Written and Verbal.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic, HTML & Java Script
Skill Set:
- Hands-on experience on tools (JIRA/TFS/Confluence)
- Exposure to Health care domain.
- Power shell scripts, Mainframe and Citrix automation experience.
- Strong Oops understanding and implementation experience.
- Knowledge of RPA frameworks and design.
- Bot Store and Reusable components.
- Process assessment and feasibility study experience
