Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Technical Product Support

• Prepare comprehensive technical documents, presentations, and product comparisons.
• Assist Sales & Marketing in identifying optimal product/solution fits for clients.
• Develop technical specifications and aid in tender document preparation.
• Conduct internal training and support product commissioning post-delivery.

2. Order Execution Support

• Provide datasheets, GA drawings, and clarification on technical order scope.
• Coordinate with the Execution and PBG teams for smooth project handling.
• Assist QA with outsourced product evaluations when required.

3. Marketing Support

• Develop technical content for blogs, brochures, advertisements, and the website.
• Contribute to promotional literature with clear, product-focused messaging.

4. New Product Development

• Identify and evaluate potential OEM partners for product development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D on new product launches.
• Support R&D with technical data and assist in IP and patent processes.

5. Business Development

• Organize demos, seminars, and workshops to generate leads and market awareness.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to implement product promotion campaigns.

6. Principal Communication

• Serve as a point of contact for technical and commercial matters with principals.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships through regular updates and reporting.
