Job Description
Job Title: Executive Collections
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Location: Gurgaon
Working Days: 5 Days
Work Timing: 6:30 AM to 4:20 PM
We are looking for a Collections Executive with strong experience in auto or two-wheeler loan collections is preferrred.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle hard and soft collections across auto and two-wheeler loan portfolios.
- Coordinate with customers for payment recovery and settlements.
- Individually driving Collections activity & achieving the Weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly targets while maintaining excellent Customer service.
- Close interaction & coordination with the Collections & Write Off agencies.
- Close coordination with the Repossession and Skip tracing agency
- Setting Milestones at field executive level and driving the same on a daily basis.
- Close coordination with the Law Firms for timely & smooth execution of orders.
- Build collection status dashboards. Notify management of warning signals & recommend/take corrective action.
Candidate Profile:-
- Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in collections, preferably in the automotive finance domain.
- Hands-on experience in auto/two-wheeler loan collections is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability in a collection related environment/Customer service department, preferably financial services.
- Knowledge in handling customer calls equivalent to a call centre standards.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
