Duties/Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for laptops, servers, and IT services, using the IT Helpdesk to track cases.
Collaborate with the Global IT team and follow processes to maintain IT service health.
Manage core IT services like VMware, backups, Microsoft services, VPN, softphones, and Wi-Fi.
Produce weekly reports, work with vendors for services/licenses, and create scripts for automation.
Education and Experience
Engineering graduate with 5+ years of experience.
In-depth working experience on Microsoft Windows servers (including Active Directory and DNS), windows 10/11, Dell Laptops, MacBook, and Office 365 administrations.
Knowledge of VMWARE, Networking technologies (including VPN and Wi-Fi) and scripting.
