Providing technical leadership and guidance to the .Net development team in Delhi.
Defining and enforcing coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
Leading the design and architecture of complex features and solutions.
Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Troubleshooting and resolving challenging technical issues.
Mentoring and coaching .Net developers to foster their technical growth.
Collaborating with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders in Delhi and potentially globally.
