Principal Consultant - ALO @ IBS Software Services

Job Description

• Client Consultation: Provide expert business consultancy to clients airline crew tracking domain.
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients existing processes and messaging systems.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic solutions to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation
• Work closely with clients to gather detailed business requirements Document requirements accurately and comprehensively, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Create detailed functional specifications, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
• Obtain formal sign-off from clients on all documented requirements.
• Offshore Collaboration:
• Effectively collaborate with clients from an offshore location, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops with clients to discuss requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Advise on process improvements
• Analyse client problems and provide effective solutions.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.

• Master s degree in business administration/ B Tech. / Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Airline Operations management systems.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
• Passion for aviation and a desire to contribute to the industry s growth and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
