Job Description
Manages inventory of software/hardware purchased by the entity for new projects and existing install base (licenses, support, SaaS & professional services) Contributes to evolution of software policy and licenses management
Ability to coordinate different projects in parallel
Manage POC of equipments reuse : identify vendors, POC on solutions proposed, write process, test process and communication
Manage industrialization of equipments reuse : Identify financial & legal process for equipment reuse & test it, identify decommissioning process and complete it with reuse step, identify the right global tool to share equipment available for internal/external reuse, communication on equipment available
Manage evolution of ordering tool to maximize orders of refurbished equipment & audit after 3 months POC
Perform regular audits on use/not used equipment to optimize consumption,
Follow up on equipment CO2 footprint : Ability to analyze & regularly complete the equipment CO2 footprints inventory
Contribute to various ESG & Circular economy governance
Proactive in proposing new solutions for improving circular economy roadmap
Manage and maintain Orange inventories for customer s supported equipment (eg servers, storage) make consistency check with vendor inventory and fix the gap
Work closely with internal teams (Operations / Implementation / Sourcing) to ensure awareness of vendor interlock workflows, provide training or coaching workshop sessions, identify process improvements areas and fix them
Process all requests for additions or removals of asset from support inventories/Databases
Periodically review pricing, support & service level agreements and contractual agreements with vendors, in coordination with sourcing / procurement
Manage EOSL (End of service life) by identifying what equipment/license will be EOSL and when, making sure appropriate action plan is being executed
Communicate regularly on usage according to SW/HW vendors contracts, send warning for discrepancies
Ability to analyze inventories to identify discrepancies
Ability to understand, prepare and present annual budget
Knowledge on Configuration management and CMDB will be addon
6 - 10 years IT Asset management and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) topics
Keen interest in environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)
Advance knowledge of IT Asset management including infrastructure like Systems, Storage and license
ITIL Certified preferred
HAM/SAM Certified preferred
IT Service Management Processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Release and Configuration Management
Must have strong communication skills (written and oral)
Should be autonomous with very good organization & coordination skills (Ability to gather information & federate people on a common goal)
Good Project management skills (Initialization and framing of the project, identification of stakeholders)
Working closely with lots of different teams (ESG, Asset management, Sourcing, Vendors, Performance, OPS )
