Application Support Engineer @ Feathersoft Info

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  


• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
  


• Create and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
  


• Assist with database queries and data analysis using SQL.
  


• Participate in testing and deployment of application updates and enhancements.
  


• Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or a related role.
  


• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
  


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
