    • About The Role
  • Broad Function:We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer with 6+ years of experience with proven capabilities in motion graphics & designing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing & editing videos, motion graphics and other creative dynamic content formats like GIFs, Video snippets, banners, etc.
  • The candidate will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for social media. The material may include but not restricted to footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • You will be asked to work on a variety of projects including brainstorming and editing together existing video content to tell a story; using motion graphics to edit together content that promotes our products.
  • Coordination with content team for monthly social media calendars (static posts, Videos, banner images, cover images, GIFs, Infographics etc).
  • Developing concepts, graphics, videos, layouts, templates, rough drafts, finals cuts, Case study and PPT designs etc. for owned company assets like Website, Blog etc.
  • Take briefs to grasp production teams needs and specifications; Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
  • Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects; Create rough and final cuts; Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
  • Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industrys best practices to maximize efficiency.
  • Planning concepts by studying relevant product information and material.
  • Requirements
  • Desired Candidate profile:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator is a must; Experience in XD is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in creating interactive videos is a plus.
  • Proven experience of working on editing software packages (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity familiarity with special effects, compositing; Experience in 3D is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of global design and trends.
  • Offline drawing, sketching and able to transfer into digital is an advantage.
