Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Market Research and Strategy:
    Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate the luxury
    corporate market.
    Conduct thorough market research to identify luxury corporate projects and potential
    clients.
    2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    Identify and engage with developers, architects, interior designers, and real estate
    professionals involved in luxury corporate projects.
    3. Sales and Negotiation: Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of luxury
    corporate projects. Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-value clients to meet and exceed sales
    targets.
    4. Brand Promotion and Events:
    Represent Waterlogic at high-end real estate events, trade shows, and exhibitions to
    promote our brand and products.
    Organize exclusive launch events and product showcases for potential clients in the
    luxury corporate sector.
    5. Reporting and Analysis:
    Provide weekly and monthly reports on business development activities, sales
    performance, and market insights.
    Analyze sales data and market trends to continuously refine and improve business
    strategies.
