 Business Development Manager

Job Description

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Identify decision makers within the client organization and setup strategic meetings to help understand requirements and align future goals.
  • Sell new products and services to current customers and enhance existing relationships.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Understand the company goal and purpose to enhance the company performance in the market.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales/adoption

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of Relationship management, lead generation, brand building,
  • revenue generation, market research and penetration, customer retention etc.
  • Basic understanding of cloud Computing/Storage, Database, Server etc.
  • Basic understanding of US healthcare industry, Interoperability, EMR, EHR, EHX,
  • Patient Engagement etc.
  • 1 2 Years of experience in Business Development / Sales. Minimum one year of experience in the Healthcare Software industry, will be an added advantage
  • Ability to create business plan and present with executives/medical practitioners etc.
  • Working knowledge of eClinicalWorks products and services/other EMRs will be an
  • added advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to foster meaningful business relationship
