We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter at SHL. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a key contributor to shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top-tier talent for various roles. In this role, you will engage in high-priority recruitment initiatives, maintain a diverse candidate pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.

What you will be doing:
- Owning full recruiting lifecycle for entry level to senior level positions.
- Comprehend Digital business strategy and translate skills required to fulfil the hirings.
- Must involve finest practices for enhancing candidate experience.
- Source candidates through research, cold calling and other methods.
- Drive the candidate selection, offer negotiations and administrative duties involved.
- Keep abreast of industry news and trends to retain opportunistic edge.
- Advise and guide colleagues in TA and HR locally and regionally on process.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
- Proven experience in end-to-end technology recruitment.
- Experience with proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent MS Excel experience.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Must be adaptable and have solid solution finding skills.
