Job Description

Summary / Role Purpose

Due to the continued growth of Ansys, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team for a Sourcing Specialist. The role will focus on building a network and relationships with highly sought-after talent across a range of service lines globally, as demand dictates. In order to do so you will proactively source candidates through multiple channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, CRM/ATS, Referrals), sourcing campaigns and other innovative candidate generation methods to find and engage both active and passive candidates. In many cases the Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the candidates first interaction with Ansys, playing a vital role in framing the Ansys brand and culture and helping our Talent Acquisition function build a pipeline of the very best talent.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Discover, connect, nurture with activate prospective candidates through multiple channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, CRM/ATS, Referrals), sourcing campaigns and other innovative candidate generation methods
  • Add value to the recruiting process by fostering relationships with your recruitment partners and hiring managers by providing data driven insights and sourcing recommendations
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies that delivers an always-on pipeline of high calibre talent
  • Build talent communities of great candidates for future business needs
  • Be a brand ambassador to prospective candidates
  • Promote our inclusive hiring practices and deliver on our diversity sourcing initiatives
  • Assess candidates for soft skills, role specific skills, and cultural fit
  • Utilize, maintain, and manage the recruitment systems to ensure hiring practices are within compliance standards
  • Participate in and at times lead special projects and recruitment initiatives as needed.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 year of recruiting/ sourcing experience
  • Track record of leveraging a range of sourcing tools and innovative techniques to identify potential candidates
  • Demonstrable ability to attract and engage passive talent to an organization
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively with all levels of employees, and foster teamwork
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, ATS, Google)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or closely related discipline preferred
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus
