Job Description
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Act as a coach and mentor for team members to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Remove obstacles and resolve issues that may impede the team s progress or success.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and refine project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Ensure that the team follows Scrum processes and meets deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Help the team adapt to changes in scope or timelines, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Support and promote cross-functional collaboration and transparency within the team.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex software development projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Background in software development or technical projects is a plus.
- Experience in the media, entertainment, or sports industries is a bonus.
- Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.) is a plus.
