QA Engineer @ Razorthink

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical QA Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our applications through rigorous testing, automation, and documentation.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and/or automated).Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tracking tools like JIRA.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.Perform regression, functional, integration, system, and performance testing.Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks (if applicable).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.4+ years of experience in software QA, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies.Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and plans.Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc. (optional for manual QA).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
