Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends
- A highly focused individual with a self-driven attitude
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams demonstrating a high level of commitment and coordination
- Attention to details and commitment to accuracy for the desired deliverable
- Should demonstrate and develop a sense of ownership towards the assigned task
- Implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms
- Ensuring that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design
- Ensuring step-by-step deliverables are met as part of product development
- Passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Ability to take up quick objectives and execute within a short period of time
- Ability to keep sensitive business information confidential
- Contribute, positively and extensively towards building the organizational reputation, brand and operational excellence
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-4 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through visual designs, and prototypes
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, process flows and sitemaps
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Working knowledge of various technologies and software such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML/HTML5/CSS3 (SCSS), Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite/Figma
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them
- Experience working in an agile development environment with a strong focus on rapid iterative software development
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with Product managers, and other relevant staff members or clients
- Proven ability to complete assigned task according to the outlined scope and timeline
- Graduate or Post-graduate from a reputed college or university
