Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Support management in organizational development initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in finance or related sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with HR software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
