Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and upsell/cross-sell products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop strategies for successful client acquisition.
  • Conduct cold calls, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions to meet monthly targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in corporate sales or related field (B2B sales).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales principles, including solution selling, consultative selling, farming, hunting techniques.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
