We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for niche roles in Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end IT recruitment for niche and enterprise technology roles (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  
• Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, references, and headhunting
  
• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
  
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
  
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in enterprise technologies
  
• Proven expertise in sourcing and screening profiles for Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and similar roles
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
