Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify suitable candidates for technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in IT hiring or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of boolean string concepts in technical hiring.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Location - Coimbatore - Work From Office ( All 5 days)
