Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  
• Conduct secondary and primary research to gather market, client, and consumer feedback.
  
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical & cross functional stakeholders.
  
• Support the creation of reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  
• Comfortable working with data in various formats.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data in a non-technical, business-friendly manner.
  
• Prior experience in data analysis, research, or a related field is preferred.

• Advanced MS excel knowledge is must
  
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools such and Tableau, Power BI, or similar is an added advantage.

• Curiosity and a proactive mindset in exploring data and business problems.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
