Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banquets, and Maintenance
Guest satisfaction and brand standards
Ensure profitability and operational efficiency across departments
Train, lead, and motivate a diverse team to maintain high service standards
Manage P&L, budgets, and cost control effectively
Lead marketing and local business development initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
Experience: Minimum 812 years in hotel operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Keyskills: Leadership Communication Skills guest centric confident
