Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all finishing activities on-site including painting, plastering, tiling, carpentry, false ceilings, and final electrical and plumbing fixture installations.
• Perform snagging and quality checks during and after the finishing phase.
• Ensure health and safety compliance during all finishing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, finishing materials, and construction detailing
• 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in finishing works within real estate projects.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using tools like AutoCAD/MS Project.
• Excellent team coordination skills.
