Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Pune and Mumbai. The ISR will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the field sales team to drive revenue growth for our IT hardware and infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for field sales representatives.
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
- Understand client requirements and provide information on our products and solutions.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams for customized solutions.
- Follow up on proposals and assist in closing deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 16 years of inside sales experience in IT hardware or infrastructure solutions preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in IT products like Servers, Storage, Networking, and Security Solutions.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or working with system integrators.
