Qualifications
Masters degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.
7+ years of editorial experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in digital lifestyle content.
Proven ability to create and edit SEO-optimized content.
Deep understanding of digital content strategy, including social media integration and audience engagement.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs).
Excellent writing and editing skills across blogs, website copy, and marketing assets.
Demonstrated success managing teams with an emphasis on mentorship and quality control.
Familiarity with the Indian digital lifestyle landscape and urban consumer preferences.
Proficiency in CMS platforms and editorial tools (e.g., Grammarly, Hemingway).
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
