Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Category Associate to join our growing team. This role involves managing product inventory, setting competitive pricing strategies, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing assortment through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in category management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with market demand.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Ensure products meet high-quality standards before listing.
- Analyze customer preferences and market trends for assortment optimization.
- Leverage data insights to improve sales and operational performance.
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and operations teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 13 years of relevant experience (preferably in category management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Awareness of current market trends (automotive industry a plus).
