Assistant Category Manager - Cars @ Olx

Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Own and deliver upon the revenue metrics for the category
• Own KPIs wrt NPS, product penetration, acquisition, pricing, funnel conversion
• Track, review daily, weekly business KPIs wrt sales planning and execution
• Understand user-behaviour and identify product gaps for both buyers and sellers
• Develop actionable consumer insights to help develop new products
• Conceptualise and develop new products with category, analytics & product team
• Work with Product, Category, Ops teams for a compelling buyer / seller experience
• Prepare monthly performance reports, presentations for leadership team
• Partner with other functions (i.e., Legal, Finance) to ensure process compliance and adherence to guidelines in terms of commercials, sales and collections

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a leading online /e-comm marketplace
• Experience in working in central category teams leading revenue functions
• Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to develop consumer insights through data
• Ability to develop reports, analyse and develop actionable insights
• Preference will be given to a candidate with experience of online platforms
