Job Description

  • Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Adviser to join our dynamic sales team
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads
  • This role is pivotal in driving our strategic sales initiatives and optimizing our client engagement processes
  • The Business Adviser will be responsible for conducting market analysis, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance overall performance
  • Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Advise on best practices for client engagement and retention
  • Make 100-150 calls per day to generate leads and set appointments
  • Achieve a target of 7-10 qualified leads per day
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales processes and strategies
  • Dial for campaigns focused on the North American market
  • Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of total experience in sales, with at least 3 years in B2B sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets and sales goals
  • Educational background: Minimum of a Bachelors degree
  • Current or previous designation in inside sales or lead generation roles
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Availability to join within 15-30 days of notice
  • Preferred Attributes: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
